Shipping and Returns
We typically process orders within 24–48 business hours.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery time will depend on the destination country and the shipping service you selected.
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, provided the product meets the return conditions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
– Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: We can provide you with a return label for €5, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
– Other countries: You may return the item using the shipping carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please email us at hola@gladiatrix.es, and we will provide you with the return address.
Once we have received and approved the return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you want a different size, color, or style, you can return the original product and place a new order for the item you want. That way, you can order the new size right away without having to wait for us to process the return.
If you have received a product that may be defective or different from the one you ordered, please write to us at hola@gladiatrix.es , including your order number and attaching photos.
We recommend that you contact us before using, washing, cleaning, or otherwise handling the product so that we can properly assess the issue.
If we confirm that the issue is a product defect or an error in order fulfillment, Gladiatrix will cover the costs necessary to resolve it.
If an order is returned to Gladiatrix because it was not picked up, due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or for any other reason attributable to the recipient, we may reship it once the new shipping costs have been paid.
If you prefer to cancel the order, the corresponding amount will be refunded in accordance with our Return Policy, minus any shipping costs incurred, where applicable.
Products
Leather gloves offer greater durability and are especially recommended for frequent and intensive workouts.
Synthetic leather gloves are a more affordable alternative, particularly suitable for beginners, fitboxing or less frequent workouts.

Of course! Gladiatrix is designed for women who work out for empowerment, health, or fun. Many of our clients practice fitboxing, recreational boxing, or go to the gym. You don’t need to fight to feel empowered.
