Shipping and Returns
It takes us 24-48 hours to prepare your order as we work with the Gil Gayarre Foundation.
We work with Correos, shipping within the Peninsula can take up to 3 business days and 5 to 7 business days outside of Spain.
Yes, you have 14 calendar days to request a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and Gladiatrix cover the shipping costs for the new product.
If you wish to return the item, you will receive a store credit for the value of the order.
Write to us at gladiatrix with your order number and we’ll process it quickly.

Leather gloves are more resistant, last much longer, and withstand frequent training without deforming or breaking.
Synthetic leather gloves are a more economical option and are fine if you train occasionally or do light training, but we do not recommend their continued use as they have a shorter lifespan.
