In Gladiatrix , we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping service for our customers. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy:
- Shipping Scope: We currently ship to Spain, Europe and the Americas.
- Shipping Cost: Standard shipping cost for orders equal to or less than 40 euros in the Iberian Peninsula, 45 euros Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 130 euros in Southern Europe and Canary Islands, 150 euros in Mexico. This charge will be added to your order total during the checkout process.
- Free Shipping: For orders over 40 euros in the Iberian Peninsula; 45 for Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we offer free shipping. For orders equal or superior to 130 euros in Europe and the Canary Islands. And for orders over 150 euros in the Americas. No additional shipping charges will be applied to these orders.
- Shipping Method and Time: We use reliable courier services for our shipments; Correos and Correos Express. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the location, but is generally between 3 business days, although we also have an express delivery that can be requested by the customer on the payment page, upon payment.
Important: To these times must be added the processing and preparation of the package. If the order is 3 working days, Correos will pick it up the day after the order is placed. On the other hand, if the order is with Correos Express, it will have to be placed before 12 o'clock so that it can leave the same day.
We emphasize that the days to be counted are working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. - Shipping Tracking: We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped. With this number, you will be able to track the status of your shipment through the courier company's website.
